Permanent, full-time position, day shift (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), 40hrs/week
Aluminox Spec Inc. is seeking an experienced welder-assembler.
Responsibilities
- Ability to TIG weld 80% of the time and MIG weld approximately 20%, on stainless steel and aluminum parts.
- Ability to use various types of equipment in different positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, etc.)
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with the production team.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
- Contribute to complementary tasks related to ongoing work.

FACTORY HELPER
Permanent, full-time position, day shift, 40hrs/week
Aluminox Spec Inc is seeking a reliable and motivated factory helper to support the team in the manufacturing and processing of metal products. The selected candidate will participate in production, assembly, and material handling operations, while ensuring cleanliness and efficiency on the factory floor.
Responsibilities
- Assist operators, welder-assemblers, and welders in their daily tasks.
- Handle, move, pack, and prepare stainless steel and aluminum parts.
- Help with cutting, drilling, grinding, and other simple manufacturing tasks.
- Maintain order and cleanliness at workstations (organizing, sweeping, etc.)
- Participate in loading/unloading materials.
- Comply with health and safety rules at all times.
- Contribute to complementary tasks related to ongoing work.
Skills and Requirements
- Resourcefulness, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to use hand tools and basic equipment.
- Pride in work well done and proactive attitude.
POLISHER
Permanent, full-time position, day shift, 40hrs/week
Our team is currently seeking a polisher with 5 years or more of experience and good manual dexterity for metal polishing.
Responsibilities
- Work with different finishes using portable power tools to produce various finishes: brushed, sanitary, polished metallic shine, mirror or #4.
- Work with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
- Contribute to complementary tasks related to ongoing work.
